- With sun-java5 being removed from the archive and sun-java6 orphaned, it seems like a good moment to follow Kees Cook’s advice and switch to OpenJDK.
- The libraries and core packages of KDE 4.3.1 have migrated to testing.
- Samba 4 alpha 8 has been uploaded to unstable. (upload changelog)
- Iceweasel 3.5 continues being worked on in experimental and Iceweasel 3.5.3 was uploaded together xulrunner 1.9.1.3.

Woohoo, KDE 3.5.1 looks great. Amarok has moved a bit early to Squeeze testing, whish you had waited for Amarok 2.2 which brings most features back, pinned down Amarok 1.4 just in time. The kernel for Squeeze sucks at multitasking on the one hand you get some very smooth KDE games but then you look at a static screen and something light does a task and the mouse jitters all over the place. This is at 400MHz with old but high end bus speeds.
