Brief updates: gcc default, KDE 4.3.4, GNUstep live CD and update on the new source format

GCC 4.4 is now the default version of GCC. (see changelog).
KDE 4.3.4 has been uploaded to unstable.
The version 2.0 of the GNUstep live CD has been released. It is created using live-helper. Information and download at http://livecd.gnustep.org/
There is a small update in the “3.0 (quilt)” source format.
